The revolutionary Piaggio MP3 is classed as a bicycle (motorcycle), so requires a motorcycle licence.

We can  convert an MP3 (any cc) or Fuoco 500 into a tricycle, this means:

• Any cc can be ridden on a full car licence.
• a passenger can be carried
• so no L plates
• no test
• rides like a bike but is classed as a trike!
